Regents' Test
Passing the Regents' Test is a requirement of all degree seekers. Each student must take the test after earning 30 credit hours toward his/her degree. Students who have earned 45 hours and either have not passed or have not taken the Regents' Test may not enroll in any credit courses without concurrently enrolling in the appropriate review course(s).
Questions concerning eligibility for taking the Regents' Test should be directed to the Writing Center, Room 143, in the Student Center (317-6983).
Personnel in the Writing Center advise students about the test format, assist in reading and writing skills, and provide practice exercises.
First time testers should register for the Regents' Test in the Writing Center. Registration is required.
The Regents' Test is scheduled once a semester in Building C, Room 205, upstairs in the Student Center. A picture i.d. is required for testing and there is no charge.
