What is Study Abroad?
Study abroad programs allow you to take college courses in other countries for college credit.
What types of programs are available?
Darton students can choose from a wide variety of study abroad programs administered by institutions within the University System of Georgia. Darton College has also developed its own Mexico program.
Programs range in length from a full academic year to several weeks. Some programs allow students to integrate fully into the host country’s university. Other programs offer students the opportunity to study in English with other American students.
The first step to plan for study abroad is to decide what type of program you would like to pursue, especially length and location.
