The Cavalier Grill is located in the Student Center. Hours of operation during the semester when classes are in session are Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Grill will be closed during semester breaks and any other time the college is officially closed to the public.
The menu will include, but not be limited to, hamburgers, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, french fries, chicken strips, etc.
Weekly specials featuring pizza, bar-b-que, spaghetti,as well as other items, will be offered..
The Grand Opening will occur after the beginning of fall semester. Mr. Bill Farnsworth, the owner of the SUBWAY franchise, has contracted with Darton to operate the additional food service unit.
