Steps to Checking your Account on BWeb

If you have not applied to the college, please go here to check your Financial Aid status.

Once the Darton College Office of Financial Aid has received your FAFSA, you may logon to your MyDC-Banner Web account to view missing Student Requirements, to see your Financial Aid Award or to Authorize and Accept your Award.

(Note: If you do not know your MyDC login information – click to look up your account, login id and password)

Steps to check if your FA file is complete:

• Once logged into BWeb – select the gray Student and Financial Aid tab.
• Under this section, select Financial Aid.
• Next select Eligibility.
• Then select Student Requirements.
• Now select Aid Year
• In order to be checked for FA eligibility, all unsatisfied outstanding requirements must be completed. Once satisfied, your FA file will move to a processing stage to determine actual financial aid awards. If you have unsatisfied requirements-refer back to the main Financial Aid Webpage, select FA Forms, print and complete unmet requirements and return to FA office.

Steps to check if you have been awarded FA:

• Once logged into BWeb – select gray Student and Financial Aid tab.
• Next select Financial Aid.
• Then select Award.
• Now select Award for Aid Year.
• Once Aid Year is selected if awarded your aid will be available to view, if not, it will read “No award information is available for you at this time”. Note: Authorization and acceptance of all awards is required. Please see next step to authorize FA funds.

Steps to Authorize and Accept FA award:

• Once logged into BWeb select gray Student and Financial Aid tab.
• Next select Financial Aid.
• Then select Award.
• Now select Authorize Award Offers.
• Once this has been submitted – permission has been given to the Office of Financial Aid to apply eligible funds to your student account.

Go to MyDC now.
