How do I fill out an Online Survey?

1. Login to MyDC – http://mydc.darton.edu

Enter your User Name and your password. See example below.

If you do not know your User name and Password, you can look it up at the link below. If your account is locked or disabled, please call the Helpdesk at (229) 317-6704. Or you can stop by the Administration Building Room A-168 and we will be glad to assist you.

2. Click the Student – Banner Tab

   The bottom left section will list your surveys. You will have 1 survey for each available class to survey. Please complete each survey.

3. Click on the first survey

   You may save the survey to return and finish later.
   Once you click on the Survey Complete button the Survey will be removed from your list of available surveys. When you complete all surveys there will be no surveys left in your Banner Surveys box.
